To ensure we are able to achieve a balance of colleagues in our buildings we ask that our staff work a minimum three days a week in our buildings. So, full-time staff (whose roles can be completed remotely) are able to work from home up to two days a week, but staff who work three days a week or less are expected to be in our buildings each day they are working, with home working considered on a case-by-case basis.
