To cancel your Southbank Centre Membership, please contact us at least one month before your next direct debit is due by emailing us at membership@southbankcentre.co.uk. We’ll then cancel your direct debit instruction, so that your Membership will not renew.
Please be aware that – as stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale – once your Membership payment has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or issue a refund for that charge.
If you have a one-off Membership, it won’t renew automatically, so there’s no need to contact us to cancel.
