In most cases you can exchange your tickets for another date or time. This service is offered to the original purchaser of the tickets only and there is a transaction fee of £3 per ticket.
All return requests must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the show time originally booked.
Exchanges can't be made in your online account. Please get in touch with our team to request an exchange.
