E-tickets are usually sent 48 hours prior to the event date via email from noreply@southbankcentre.co.uk with a subject of 'Your e-tickets' Please check your junk and spam folders as they can sometimes end up in there.
It is also worth checking your account to ensure your email address has been spelt correctly.
If you have not received your tickets from us 24 hours prior to the event and it's not in your junk or spam folder, please get in touch.
