How to request a password reset
Navigate to the Account Login page.
Click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link located below the 'Log In' button.
Enter the email address registered to your account and click 'Reset Password'.
You should receive an email within a few minutes containing a secure link to create a new password.
Troubleshooting common issues
1. I haven’t received the reset email
Check your folders: Automated emails can sometimes be diverted to your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
Add us to your safe list: Ensure that
@southbankcentre.co.ukis added to your safe senders list.Wait 10 minutes: During busy periods or high-traffic on-sales, there may be a slight delay in the email arriving.
2. The reset link isn’t working or has expired
For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, or if you have clicked the link multiple times, please go back to the login page and request a fresh link. Always use the most recent email sent to you.
3. My email address is not recognized
If the system says your email address is not found, it is possible that the email address was entered incorrectly. Please check for typos or extra spaces.
4. The page keeps looping back to the login screen
This is often caused by old "cookies" or cache data in your internet browser.
Try opening the website in an Incognito/Private window.
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try the reset process again.
