How much is an entry to the Harry Styles prize draw?
Online entries are £20 per entry for the opportunity to win a pair of tickets. Postal entries are free of charge. You can enter one, two or three times. Any entries above your third, or any entries identified as bot entries, will be discounted.
When does the Harry Styles prize draw open and close?
The prize draw opens at 06:00 BST on Wednesday 6 May 2026 and closes at 12:00 BST on Friday 15 May 2026 for online entries and any postal entries must be received by 18.00 BST on Tuesday 19 May 2026.
If you’re in the online queue to enter the prize draw at 12:00, when the online prize draw closes, you will be able to check out your entry.

There are 950 pairs of tickets available. The prize draw is the only way to secure tickets – tickets for Harry Styles’ concert at Meltdown will not be available on general sale.
Is there a Southbank Centre Members' presale for the Harry Styles prize draw?
Harry Styles’ event is a special fundraising event so we are running things slightly differently. If you're a Southbank Centre Member, you should enter the prize draw in the same way as everyone else. However, we will draw a Southbank Centre Members' prize draw separately. Southbank Centre Members are in for the chance of winning one of 100 pairs of tickets. To be recognised as a Southbank Centre Member you must use the email address associated with your Southbank Centre Member Account.
If you are unsuccessful in the Southbank Centre Members' prize draw, you will have your original entries entered into the public prize draw. You cannot enter the public prize draw separately to the Members' prize draw. If Southbank Centre Members are found to have entered separate entries to the public entry using a different email address, their entries for both draws will be disqualified.
I want to enter the Harry Styles prize draw and I have an access requirement, what do I need to do?
If you require a wheelchair space, an aisle seat, level access seating or BSL Interpretation, please include this in your entries. This prize draw is running independently from our usual Access Scheme, so please note we may not be able to guarantee other access provisions on this occasion.
Where is the money from the Harry Styles prize draw going?
By entering the prize draw, you're helping to break down barriers for young people to access the arts. All net proceeds from the concert (including from prize draw entries) will go towards the Southbank Centre’s life-changing work with young people.

Can I enter the Harry Styles prize draw over the phone or in person at the Ticket Office?
No, we will not accept any entries over the phone or in person at our Ticket Office or Welcome Desk. The only ways you can enter are online or by post.
Can anyone enter the Harry Styles prize draw?
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over . You can only enter for yourself, and not on behalf of someone else. If you are successful, only you and one guest will be given access to the event. Employees or contractors of Southbank Centre, and their family members, cannot enter the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful, and we will disqualify or void entrants that do not adhere to these terms.
Why is the Harry Styles prize draw only open to people in the UK?
The rules that govern prize draws differ significantly between countries. To make sure that this particular prize draw is run in full compliance with all applicable laws, participation has had to be restricted to residents of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, only.
Will I receive confirmation that I have entered the Harry Styles prize draw?
If you enter online then you will receive an email order confirmation. This is your payment receipt.
Winners will be notified by email no later than Tuesday 2 June 2026. You will receive an email notifying you that you have won a pair of tickets.
Entrants will be informed that they have been successful, but will not receive seat numbers until tickets are issued on the day of the performance. Seats will be allocated randomly; winners will not be able to select their seats.
We will not contact you if you have been unsuccessful.
Why is the queue to enter the Harry Styles prize draw taking a long time?
We will process people through the online queue as quickly as possible. You can either wait in the queue, or provide an email address in order to be contacted when website traffic is quieter. There is no advantage to entering the online prize draw earlier during the prize draw open window, so if it’s busy you can always try again at a later date.
How will you select the Harry Styles prize draw winners?
We are using a random number generator (computer algorithm) to select the winners.
When will I know if I have won a pair of tickets to see Harry Styles?
Winners will be notified by email no later than Tuesday 2 June 2026. You will receive an email notifying you that you have won a pair of tickets. We will not contact you if you have been unsuccessful.
Can I cancel my entry to the Harry Styles prize draw?
No. The nature of this prize draw means that all entry fees are non-refundable. As the Southbank Centre is a registered charity (No. 298909) and entry fees to this draw contribute directly to our charitable activities, those entries are non-refundable in all circumstances, including in the event of cancellation of the draw or the concert.

Will I be charged more if I win tickets to see Harry Styles?
No, once you have paid for your prize draw entry/ies, there are no further charges and you do not need to pay an additional fee for your tickets.
When will I receive my tickets for Harry Styles?
We are operating a strict e-ticket only policy for this event. E-tickets will be sent at 16:00 BST on the day of the performance.
To access the event, you will need to provide legal photo ID that matches the lead booker's information. If you cannot provide this you will be refused entry to the event and your donation will not be refunded.
Due to the security measures in place for this event, you will not be able to reenter the venue if you leave.
I don't like the seats I have been allocated for Harry Styles, can I change them?
No, all ticket allocations are final.
Due to an access requirement, I cannot access my seats for Harry Styles, what can I do?

If this information is not included on your prize draw entry, we cannot guarantee accessible seating. I have won a pair of tickets to Harry Styles but can no longer attend, can I return them?
Please contact our Ticket Office via hello@southbankcentre.co.uk if you can no longer attend. We will return your tickets and randomly select another entrant from the prize draw. You will not receive a refund on your entry fee if you return your tickets.
Can I transfer my tickets for Harry Styles to someone else?
No, the prize is personal to the winning entrant and cannot be transferred. Please contact us if you can no longer attend so we can offer you tickets to another prize draw entrant.
Can I resell my tickets to Harry Styles if I can no longer attend?
The Southbank Centre takes a strong view on secondary ticketing. Any tickets found listed on third party resale sites, such as Viagogo or Stubhub, will be immediately voided. Where tickets are voided, your donation will not be refunded.

Can I buy Harry Styles tickets at the venue?
There will be no tickets for this event available for purchase at the venue. There will be no returns queue. All tickets are allocated through the prize draw.
3. Harry Styles – event access
When can I arrive at the Southbank Centre for the Harry Styles concert?
Prize draw winners will receive an email before the gig detailing how to access the Royal Festival Hall for the event, including when the doors will open. Please do not come to the Southbank Centre in advance of the doors opening as you will not be admitted.
The building will be open to ticket holders only. You must arrive as a pair with your guest.
Camping is not permitted on our site. There will be no tickets for this event available for purchase on the day. There will be no returns queue. All tickets are allocated through the prize draw.
How do I access the venue for the Harry Styles concert?
You will be sent an email before the event instructing you what time to arrive at the Southbank Centre and which entrance to use. To access the event, you will need to provide legal photo ID that matches the lead booker's information. Anyone who cannot provide this will be refused entry to the event and your donation will not be refunded.
Your tickets will be scanned to enter the venue. If your ticket has been voided, it will not scan and you will be refused entry.
What form of photo ID will I need to provide for the Harry Styles concert?
The prize draw winner will be required to verify their identity as the lead booker and named ticket holder in order to gain access to the event, by showing a valid legal photo ID that matches the booking.
Valid legal photo IDs must have a photo and date of birth. The forms of legal photo ID we accept within this draw are:
- Passport
- Driving licence
- National (voter) ID card
If you will be unable to provide one of the above, please contact us in advance of the date of the concert, via hello@southbankcentre.co.uk.
Photocopies or photos of IDs will not be accepted. Any prize draw winners who cannot provide a legal photo ID will be refused entry to the event and your donation will not be refunded.
If I come to the Southbank Centre on the day will there be Harry Styles tickets available to purchase?
No. All tickets will be allocated to prize draw winners in advance via email. There will be no tickets available to purchase on the day, and only ticketholders will be admitted to the venue. Please do not come to the venue unless you are a ticketholder.
What is the age guidance for the Harry Styles concert?
Lead bookers must be aged 18 or over. Guests must be aged 8 or over, and under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult who accepts full responsibility and supervision for the guest. Any children under 8 will be refused entry, including babes in arms.
Can I leave the Royal Festival Hall once my Harry Styles tickets have been scanned?
No. Due to the security measures in place for this event, you cannot reenter the venue if you leave.

What security measures will be in place for the Harry Styles concert?
We will be operating bag searches at the entrances.
Only small bags can be taken into the event, and they must not be bigger than
A4 size. For larger bags, there are bag storage services available near Waterloo station here that are open between 7am and 11pm
Due to our licensing regulations, only alcohol purchased at the Southbank
Centre can be consumed on-site. Bringing your own alcohol, including bottles and cans, is prohibited.
