Accessing Your Digital Membership Card
To keep things paper-free and reduce our environmental footprint, all Southbank Centre Membership cards are completely digital. You can view your card at any time from your mobile device or save it straight to your phone's digital wallet for easy, offline access.
How to Access and Download Your Card
Log in: Head to our website and sign in to your Southbank Centre account. Make sure to use the exact email address associated with your Membership.
Find your Membership: Once logged in, navigate to the 'Your Membership' tab within your account profile.
View or save your card: Here, you will see your digital Membership QR code. Below the code, you will find direct links to easily add your Membership card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Joint Memberships
If you have a Joint Membership Plus account, your digital cards are managed individually to keep things simple. Each named Member will need to log into their own separate Southbank Centre online account and follow the steps above to view and download their unique digital card.
On-Site Tip: Whenever you want to visit an exhibition at the Hayward Gallery, check into the Members' Lounge, or claim your exclusive discounts at our shops, bars, and partner restaurants, simply pull up your digital wallet or your online account screen and show your QR code to a member of our team.
